For the most accurate results, wear your QRing smart ring on your index finger. The middle and ring fingers will also work.
Step 2 - Measure with a tape measure or refer to your traditional ring size.
Step 3 - Confirm your perfect size by comparing to the QRing Standard Size Chart for Inner Diameter and Circumference.
Your ring and the App are customized for you. Your data remains stored on the ring and smartphone and is not transferred to external servers.
