Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our smart ring online store. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Products can only be returned after receiving approval via email. No refunds will be issued for products returned without prior approval. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label. Please ensure that the smart ring is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.

Order Cancellation

After Shipment:

To request an order cancellation after it has been shipped, a 10% processing fee will be applied. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $20. We will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. Alternatively, the customer may arrange the return shipment themselves.

*Note: If the customer arranges the return shipment themselves, we will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accidents during the shipment.

Order Modification

Before Shipping:

Shipped but not Received:

Please contact support@qringstore.com to proceed, but please note that we cannot guarantee successful order modifications.

Delivered:

Please refer to the return policy to initiate a return and exchange if you wish to exchange the smart ring after delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $20 per smart ring. Up to a 10% restocking fee may be charged (deducted from the refund). Please contact support@qringstore.com to proceed with this process.

Return

For product defects: We will provide technical support and necessary replacement parts to address simple issues. We cover the entire repair fee associated with damages.

For shipping damages: We will provide all necessary parts and cover the service costs to address damages.

Free Replacement and Return: Customers can reject a package due to shipping damage or contact customer service for missing or critically damaged parts or other quality-related issues. Our customer service team will assist in arranging free replacement and return.

To initiate a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

All returns and refunds must be within 15 days of receiving the smart ring.
Smart rings with over 14 days of total usage cannot be refunded.
The smart ring must be in unused condition, with no wear, dirt, scratches, or signs of use, and must be returned in the original packaging with all included items.
Customers are responsible for non-quality related expenses such as processing fees and freight.
*Please note that minor damage to outer packaging, minor scratches, or wear on the product, and damage to parts after excessive use do not qualify for free replacement or refund.

Non-refundable items include, but are not limited to:

Products from unauthorized dealers.
Man-made damages.
Special orders.
Promotional items or gift cards.
Giveaways or freebies.
All accessories other than smart rings.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s) to confirm they meet our return conditions, we will deduct any applicable fees and issue the refund to the original payment method.

Customers are advised to check with their credit card company or bank if the refund has not been posted to their account within two days of issuance. Delays may occur due to different fund transfer procedures. Please contact us for further assistance.
