from 28 reviewsHi I feels confident to help me loose weight now. So informative and easy.
Plug n play. Measurements are accurate. Even tho it has instructions, they weren't needed. So Super Simple. I never wanted to wear my galaxy watch to bed. I have a feeling that now i have this ring, it will probably start being my main source of tracking, over the watch. It said the first 3 fingers are fine. So i bought a half size larger than my wedding band for my opposite ring finger, knowing it would be more of a "comfort fit" and would be tighter.
I had been wanting to buy a smart ring for a while but the truth is that it was too expensive to pay 300 or 400 Dlls. I found this one for a much cheaper price. I had my doubts but I decided to try it and I am definitely delighted. It has helped me a lot to improve my Quality of sleep is incredible, all the information we can have in a small ring. I am definitely delighted.
This ring works great! Now I keep a daily record of my main health indicators. Battery lasts several days. The only issue is that I can't buy another magnet charger.
I mainly use this for sleep tracking and making sure I get enough good sleep. I will say it works wonderfully for me. The information is clear and concise. Works well!
This ring works great for my purposes. Looks nice and unsuspecting as a ring. I needed a way to track my steps when I'm not wearing my apple watch (I prefer/collect traditional watches). Tested the step counter against my apple watch and it is pretty on par. App works great and syncs with Apple health. Only thing I don't like is the heart rate monitor reads much higher than what my heart rate is. While this may be important for some it isn't for me as I wear my watch during workouts to track my activity/HR.
This has been a great item so far tracking sleep steps stress heart rate and other stuff. It's very easy to set up, long battery life and charging takes no time at all. I only take it off to charge it and It looks really nice too. I would recommend this item to anyone that doesn't want to wear a watch.
I got this as an addition to my Apple Watch. It does not sync with it but it will sync with the health app on your phone. I'm not sure how accurate any activity tracker is but it does help me to try and reach my goal of 10K steps a day. I only wish it was a little less bulky. However it is a mini computer in the form of a ring. The battery lasts a good long time and you don't have to take it off when washing your hands or showering. Just be sure to dry it thoroughly.
So far I have no complaints, does what it's supposed to do. I am totally satisfied with this product.
This smart ring is quite impressive. I downloaded the recommended app and found it very easy to use. The first night I had a pretty high heart rate at one point just before bed, I checked the app, and sure enough my rate was elevated. It actually scared me, and I thought the ring may be wrong. I double checked the rate against my oximeter ~ it matched both heart rate and blood oxygen levels, which gave me some confidence on accuracy. If I had any other symptoms or questioned what readings meant, I would definitely contact a physician. Only a doctor can make an accurate diagnosis. I also have a blood pressure monitor to double check any issues. After that night, I had some good sleep, tracking the progress in the app. I had gotten up in the night, and it was tracked, for example. Heart rate & blood oxygen were measured in timely increments and recorded throughout the night. Sometimes you can also see either a red or green light flash as measurements are taken.Speaking of measurements, I got a size 10 for my pointer finger. It took some getting used too, but I didn't really notice I was wearing it after awhile. The app also tracks calories burned and excercise progress including steps walked. So far, I'm impressed with this ring ~ and the price is right!
Love the accuracy of this ring and easy to charge. Nice having info a click away on iphone.
Since it was Mother's Day I decided I should probably get a Father's Day gift too. I ended up gifting it to my dad just so he can track his daily routine. He doesn't really use the app so I have it on my phone so I can track his heart. It kind of gives me a sense of relief knowing he's doing great throughout the day considering my family has a history of heart problems.
I measured my finger as described and ordered the indicated size. It is a proper fit - follow the directions. I intentionally wore the ring until the battery ran completely down, and it started working again as soon as I charged it up again. In other words - it works exactly as you expect, collecting heartrate, blood oxy, and other metrics through the application. The ring fits well and is well finished, so it is quite comfortable. Unlike the watches and wrist bands, the ring gives off no significant light during operation, so both you and your parter can sleep. (My smart watch used to flash white and wake up my wife. Not good. But not a problem for the ring.) It does take a bit to interpret the ring data, and it uses a sampling algorithm for maximum battery life, so do not expect continuous data collection -- instead expect useful data collection. Finally, I got the titanium color and it looks nice. I wear it all the time and it handles normal water situations easily (washing hands, showing). This is an affordable way to collect health and fitness data that will fit easily into your life.
Been using this smart ring for a few weeks now, and it's pretty impressive. It tracks my heart rate, sleep, and blood oxygen levels, which is cool. It's water-resistant, so no worries wearing it during workouts or washing hands. Syncing it with my phone was easy, the Bluetooth connection is reliable. The design is pretty good, its not too bulky on the finger but definitely noticable. Battery life's decent, lasts a couple of days on a single charge. Sleep tracking seems accurate, it's interesting to see my sleep patterns. The app could be a bit more user-friendly, but it's not a deal-breaker.Overall, it's a handy little gadget for keeping an eye on basic health metrics. If you're into fitness or just curious about your health stats, this ring's a neat alternative to traditional fitness bands and a great conversation starter.
Looks exactly like the Oura which is what I wanted for much cheaper! Charges well so far. App is nice and free! Win win!
